I supervised visual effects across three seasons of 9-1-1 (seasons 3 through 5), first as CG Supervisor and then as DFX Supervisor. The show is built on large-scale disaster sequences, and my teams delivered a wide range of them: helicopter and plane crashes, escaped zoo animals, earthquakes, floods, fires, and a 100-foot tsunami. That tsunami sequence earned one of my two consecutive HPA Awards for Outstanding Visual Effects on the show.
